Mathura, 29 November (HS): RSS chief Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat arrived in Vrindavan to meet spiritual guru Premanandji Maharaj on Wednesday morning. He welcomed Premanandji Maharaj by garlanding him and presenting him with a yellow scarf. During this time, he also had a spiritual discussion with him. The discussion between them has gone viral on social media.
On Wednesday morning, he reached the ashram of spiritual guru Premanandji Maharaj in Vrindavan, where the Sangh chief welcomed Premanand Maharaj and said that after hearing your words in the video, he felt that he should visit him once. He further said, ‘Chah gayi, chinta miti’ Manva carefree’, people like you are rarely seen.
After this, in his blessings, Premanandji Maharaj said that his people were born only to serve. There are two sides to this. service to practicality and spirituality. Both of these services are very essential. He said that if we want to make the people of India extremely happy, “we cannot do it only through goods and systems; their intellectual level should improve”.
Premanandji Maharaj said that today the intellectual level of our society is falling; this is a matter of great concern. “We will provide facilities and various kinds of enjoyment items, but until the impurity of their hearts, the violent tendencies, and the impure intellect are cured, things will not change.”
He said that “our country is a religious country. Religion has primacy here. I request it again and again regarding this matter. It is from our new generation that the protectors of our nation emerge. Among the students, some will become MLAs, some will become MPs, and some will become Chief Ministers, Prime Ministers, and Presidents. We are also among them.”
Expressing concern over the modern form of education, he said that due to this, adultery, addiction, and violence are being seen a lot in the present generation. This causes dissatisfaction. “No matter how much pain there is in the body, we try to tell all the devotees who come in front of us that first the intellect should be pure.”
He said that as much as Ramji is dear to us, Krishnaji is dear to us, and India is equally dear to us. Just like Ram devotees and Krishna devotees, every person in our country is respectable and worshipable.
He said that happiness is shaped by thoughts. The situation of happiness and sorrow is not right. At present, “our thoughts are getting dirty”. If the thoughts are pure, then patriotism, public service, and social service will all become natural. Whoever God has sent to earth is repeatedly requested to understand spirituality. Without understanding spirituality and equating happiness and sorrow, one cannot experience supreme happiness.
He said that if worldly pleasures are made the material of worship and Sachchidananda Prabhu is kept as the attainable one, then one will experience happiness. It is a very human form of life. It has been said to be rare. We have forgotten the form of Sachchidananda.
He said that humans are not ordinary; they are indestructible. A man can do whatever he wants, but his desire should be right. If the desire is not right, then his future will be in trouble. Give up addiction, give up adultery, and engage in national and social service. We have to serve the nation through our conduct, resolve, and words.
It is noteworthy that before this, Sangh chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat inaugurated the Deendayal Cow Science Research and Training Centre at Parkham in Farah town on Tuesday afternoon, after which the Sangh chief reached Vrindavan Keshavdham Ashram on Tuesday evening, where he rested for the night.
