Kolkata, 29 November (HS): Home Minister Amit Shah made a scathing attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee before his visit to Kolkata.
In a post on microblogging site X (formerly Twitter), he said that at present, the BJP has become the most favourite party of the people in Bengal. He has written, “BJP is currently the first favourite political party in Bengal under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP’s victory in the upcoming elections and the defeat of Mamata Didi’s Trinamool Congress are certain. Today I will address a protest meeting in Kolkata. “
On the other hand, the Bengal BJP has shared a video of a huge crowd of workers near Amit Shah’s public meeting in Dharmatalla and has written that this is the beginning of the end of Mamata Banerjee.
It is noteworthy that Trinamool Congress MLAs will protest against Shah’s visit by tying a black cloth in the Assembly.
