Mirzapur, 18 Dec (HS): Employees who are relieved from government service no longer need to worry about any problem. The problem will be resolved with prompt action on employee complaints. Due to the initiative of the District Magistrate, now elderly retired employees will not face any problem.

A mere complaint letter is enough to resolve any problem. Pensioners unable to walk can send a complaint letter to the District Magistrate through anyone sitting at home. For retired employees, pension is the last resort of old age. In such a situation, the biggest problem they face is pension related problems.

For this one has to run around with a lot of trouble. To solve all these problems along with any other problems, District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan has started a new initiative. The District Magistrate told the retired employees that for the solution of any problem, they should reach the Collectorate any day between 10 am to 12 noon or send a complaint letter through someone; it will be resolved on priority.

?This is our moral responsibility,? he said. The District Magistrate directed the concerned officers including Chief Treasurer Archana Tripathi to pay special attention to the problems of pensioners. The District Magistrate said that retired officers and employees are released from service after providing 30 to 35 years of their support in administrative work. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of all of us to solve their problems on priority.
