What happened ? Haryana Bus Fire Horror : Tragic Incident During Pilgrimage

Nuh (Haryana), 18 May (HS): At least eight devotees are feared dead after a bus catches fire and 30 plus injured, in Nuh. The number of dead and injured may increase as a lot of them are still undergoing treatment. This is said to be a tourist bus and around 60 people were traveling in this. The district administration says that the number of people burnt in this accident could be around 30 to 40. Locals were the first to reach the spot and help the passengers even before the authorities could reach the spot. News is also doing rounds that this was more of a pilgrimage. The district administration has not confirmed the number of casualties. Sending scorched passengers to hospitals in Gurugram. The district administration has asked all doctors, especially surgeons, to reach the accident site immediately on call duty. This accident is said to have happened late at night.

Nightmarish Journey: Bus Inferno Strikes Near Tauru Border

Nuh deputy commissioner (DC) Dhirender Khadgata said a tourist bus carrying around 60 pilgrims from Punjab and Chandigarh was returning from Mathura-Vrindavan to Chandigarh via KMP when it caught fire near the Tauru border. The bus caught fire near the Dhulawat toll plaza around 2.30am, said police, adding they are trying to ascertain the reason behind the fire. “As soon as the incident was reported, police administration officials reached the scene, and four fire trucks promptly controlled the fire. The police immediately took the injured to the hospital for treatment”, said the DC. He said that a forensic team (FSL) from Madhuban will reach Nuh today to investigate the cause of the incident.

According to the received information, the incident happened under the Didauli police station and the injured persons were admitted to TMU Hospital in Pakbara , Moradabad.
