Delhi, 12 December (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) Summit in Delhi on December 12.
Being a multi-stakeholder initiative with 29 member countries, GPAI aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice in artificial intelligence. As the lead chair of GPAI in 2024, India will host the summit from December 12-14 and the inaugural session will cover topics such as AI and global health, education and skilling, AI and data governance, and an ML Workshop.
The summit will also feature a Research Symposium, AI Game Changers Award, and India AI Expo. India’s role as a founding member of GPAI in 2020 and the incoming support chair further highlights its importance in the field of artificial intelligence.
This summit will provide a platform for discussions, collaborations, and advancements in the field, further cementing India’s position as a leader in the world of AI.
