Earthquake of 5.2 intensity strikes Afghanistan

Kabul, 12 December (HS): An earthquake of 5.2 magnitude on the Richter Scale struck Afghanistan on Tuesday morning around 7.35 am.

The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) recorded the intensity at 5.2, at 120 Km below the surface. No casualty or loss of property has been reported so far.

In October, a powerful earthquake struck West Afghanistan. The earthquake of 6.3 magnitude was disastrous.
