The Prime Minister said that Uttarakhand is a state where you experience both religion and development together. “I have closely observed the sentiments and possibilities in Uttarakhand. I have lived and experienced it. Today you will see policy-driven governance in the country; you will see the strong insistence of the countrymen on political stability.
