New Delhi, December 8 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday morning called upon the countrymen to be a part of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit 2023. The Prime Minister said that this is an attractive programme. It symbolises the celebration of progress in AI and innovation. This summit based on global partnerships will start on December 12.
In the call message issued on the major social media platforms X and LinkedIn, Prime Minister Modi expressed hope that the countrymen would like to be a part of this vibrant platform. He said that this theme is not only a symbol of innovation but also the power of human effort. This power has brought imagination to life today. In waves of rapid progress, AI is one area where its applications are expanding rapidly.
He has said that this revolutionary technology is now in the hands of the new generation. It is this brilliant mind that is enriching its immense potential. India, as one of the youngest countries with a strong ecosystem and a talented workforce, is poised to actively contribute to the development of AI as the world leaps into the not-too-distant future. India has started using AI for various productive purposes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in the invitation message that India, as the key chair of the summit, reaffirms its commitment to use technology, especially AI, for the welfare of the people. The summit will have many interesting sessions, including the AI Expo. During this period, 150 startups will showcase their capabilities.
