Gorakhpur, 8 April (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Saturday that investment proposals received at the recent Global Investors Conference will provide employment for one crore youngsters in the state over the next three years. He was speaking after laying the groundwork for a rural mini-stadium at Bholaram Maskara Inter College in Sahjanwa, which would cost Rs 10.43 crore. A multi-sports complex, an athletics track, and an audience gallery will be included in the stadium.
Adityanath stated that investments in the Sahjanwa assembly seat and other areas will allow youngsters to find work near their homes. “The government will also provide two crore tablets and cellphones to students in degree colleges across the state,” he added.
“In addition, numerous new technical and other institutes are being constructed to prepare the state’s young for the employment market. A polytechnic institute will also be developed here. The Atal Residential School, which is being built here, will be opened shortly,” Adityanath remarked.
Given the sort of growth taking place in the state and the potential of its young, he believes Uttar Pradesh is on its path to becoming the country’s number one state. Adityanath stated that the government is pursuing its development goal energetically while dealing harshly with anti-social groups harming the state’s security.
“Businessmen and manufacturers need the freedom and security to operate their companies and factories. So, on the one hand, they support state growth while also providing jobs for the youths,” he explained.
Adityanath stated that the mini-stadium will foster sports potential in the rural villages of Sahjanwa and Gorakhpur. “In 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi coined the phrase “Khelo India.” The tagline has now become a reality. India has won medals in both the Olympic and Commonwealth Games. Because of the great efforts of the UP Youth Welfare Department and the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh is also earning gold in these huge athletic events, according to the chief minister.
