Kanpur, 5 Dec (HS): Chief Development Officer NK Lakshmi suspended two secretaries causing quite a commotion. The Chief Development Officer has been getting complaints of secretaries and village heads during the previous few days.
He established a committee and had an inquiry conducted to determine its legitimacy, and the carelessness of Sandalpur Secretary Dheeraj and Jhinjhak Secretary Arvind was detected. Further investigation turned out the identities of more than six village heads. They were all accused of neglecting cows and being careless with shelter management. The Chief Development Officer has suspended both secretaries as a result of this and preparations for action against the village heads have already begun.
