Imphal, December 05 (HS): Security forces arrested an active member of MNPF outfit from Imphal West district. A .38 pistol with two bullets, a magazine, two mobile phones, a wallet containing a voter ID card and Rs 2,000 in cash were recovered from his possession.
Fifteen receipt vouchers of MNPF organisation, 12 demand letters signed by the finance secretary of MNPF organization were also recovered. He was involved in extortion from the market area. The legal action has been initiated in this regard.
