Delhi, 1 December (HS): President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit Nagpur on Friday and Saturday for a series of events. The President’s office had previously announced her visit to the city. Her itinerary includes being the chief guest at the Government Medical College and Hospital’s (GMCH) platinum jubilee celebrations on December 1.
The event will be attended by various dignitaries, including Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, union Minister Nitin Gadkari, and state ministers Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar, and Hasan Mushrif. The celebrations at GMCH will be a momentous occasion, with the President’s presence adding to its significance.
