New Delhi, 5 April (HS): Corona cases are once again increasing rapidly in the country. In the last 24 hours, 4,435 new corona patients have appeared. During this, 11 infected people died while 2,508 patients recovered during this period. So far 4,41,79,712 patients have been cured of coronavirus. The recovery rate is 98.76 percent.
According to the data released on Wednesday by the Union Health Ministry, the number of active patients in the country has increased to 23,091. The daily infection rate is 3.38 percent.
Talking about vaccination, 1,979 doses have been given in the last 24 hours. So far 220.66 crore doses of vaccine against corona have been given in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1,31,086 people have been screened. A total of 92.21 crore people have been screened so far.
