Jharkhand government opens 80 schools

Ranchi, 2 May (HS): Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday inaugurated 80 schools of excellence online from Thakur Vishwanath Shahdeo High School in Jagannathpur, the state capital of Jharkhand.

The goal of establishing the schools is to match the educational standards of the best schools in the country and to raise educational quality in Jharkhand to a new level.

The state government has provided training to all of the excellent schools” principals and teachers in accordance with the CBSE course from IIMs.

During the inauguration ceremony, the chief minister stated that up to 25 teachers will be appointed for the schools by the end of this month and that around 5,000 more schools of excellence will be established in the future.

?Providing quality education to the children of all classes and communities including Jharkhand’s tribal, Dalits, backward, labourers and farmers is one of the top priorities of our government. Our government is continuously working with commitment to strengthen the education system in the state,? the chief minister said.
