PM Modi Calls Out DMK for Disregarding Central Schemes and Faith

Thoothukudi/Delhi, 28 February (H.S): On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the ruling DMK in Tamil Nadu, accusing it of not cooperating with central schemes and showing hatred for people’s faith.

He specifically mentioned the DMK’s walkout during a discussion on the Ayodhya Shri Ram temple in Parliament, saying it demonstrated their aversion to the sentiments of the people. Modi also took aim at DMK and its ally Congress for creating divisions among society and practicing dynasty politics. He highlighted Tamil Nadu’s strong connection with Shri Ram and his recent visit to different temples in the state before the consecration of the Ayodhya temple.

The PM condemned the DMK’s actions, stating that they once again proved their disdain for people’s faith. He went on to accuse the DMK and Congress of deliberately causing rifts in society while his party sees everyone as family. Additionally, Modi accused the DMK of not cooperating with central schemes in Tamil Nadu and criticized them for their involvement in dynasty politics. In a confident proclamation, he stated that his party would win over 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, and even the opposition acknowledges that the BJP and NDA will have a stronger showing this time around.
