ED sends eighth summons to Kejriwal for questioning on March 4

New Delhi, 27 February (HS): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent the 8th summons to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal. The Central Investigation Agency has called Kejriwal for questioning on March 4, in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case.

Earlier, ED had sent the 7th summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asking him to appear on February 27 but Kejriwal did not appear. Aam Aadmi Party had said on the 7th summons of ED that since the case is still pending in the court, the hearing of which is going to be held on March 16. In such a situation, instead of sending summons daily, the ED should wait for the court’s decision.
