Supreme Court to Decide Fate of AAP Leader Satyendar Jain in Money Laundering Case

Delhi, March 18 (H.S): The much-awaited decision regarding the regular bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case is expected to be announced by the Supreme Court on Monday. The bench comprising of Justices Bela M Trivedi and Pankaj Mithal had reserved its judgement on January 17 after hearing arguments from both sides.

Jain’s bail, initially granted on medical grounds, has been extended several times since May 26, 2023. His appeal to the Supreme Court came subsequent to the dismissal of his regular bail application by the Delhi High Court on April 6, 2023.
