Delhi, 9 March (H.S): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to make his third trip to West Bengal this month as he visits the northern part of the state on Saturday.
This trip holds significant importance as the PM will be unveiling infrastructure projects worth over Rs 4,500 crore in Siliguri, the largest city in the region. Apart from this, he will also be addressing a BJP rally, showcasing the party’s strong presence in the state.
One of the key highlights of the visit will be the inauguration of multiple railway line electrification projects, which are expected to bring significant benefits to the people of northern West Bengal and nearby areas.
As per an official statement, this visit by the PM highlights the government’s commitment towards developing and improving the infrastructure in the region, ultimately leading to overall growth and development.
