Delhi, March 8 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday urged digital content creators to come together and start a ‘Create on India Movement’. The Prime Minister called upon them to share the stories, culture and tradition and heritage of India with the whole world through this.

Prime Minister Modi presented the first National Creator Awards at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi today. On this occasion, the Prime Minister addressed the gathering present.

Modi also appealed to those providing digital information and content through YouTube and other mediums to make the youth aware about drugs and explain the harm caused by its consumption. He also appealed to make women power a part of their content on Women’s Day.

The Prime Minister assured to continue these awards in future also and said that such a program will be organized on the next Shivratri also. He said that Shiva is considered the father of language, art and creativity. He wished the countrymen a very happy Mahashivratri.

Emphasizing the need to keep pace with the new era, the Prime Minister said that it is because of content creators that the government has to organize such a program. He said how wide-ranging an impact a policy decision or campaign can have on society. You can realize this by looking at all of you. Over the past 10 years, the growing data revolution and affordable mobile phones have created a new world for content creators.

Regarding the awards, the Prime Minister said that these awards are going to be very important and famous in the coming times. These awards are giving energy to this new era. Will become a great inspiration for content creators.

He said, ?Today in Bharat Mandapam the country is fulfilling its responsibility. The National Creators Award is an event to give timely recognition to the new era. When content and creativity collaborate, engagement increases. When content combines with digital, transformation occurs. ?When the content meets the purpose the impact can be seen.?

At the first ‘National Creators Awards’, the Prime Minister said, “Your content is creating a tremendous impact across India today. In a way, you are the MVP of the Internet. When I call you MVP, it means you are the MVP of the Internet.” The most valuable guy becomes the MVP.”

On this occasion, the Prime Minister presented the Best Creator Award in the Gaming Category to Nishchay, Best Health and Fitness Creator Award to Ankit Baiyanpuria, Disruptor of the Year Award to Ranveer Allahbadia (BearBiceps), Cultural Ambassador Award to Maithili Thakur and RJ Raunak (Baua) was given the Most Creative Creator-Male Award. Aman Gupta was awarded the Celebrity Producer of the Year award. At the first National Creator Awards, Prime Minister Modi presented the Favorite Travel Creator Award to Kamiya Jani at the Bharat Mandapam. Keerthika Govindasamy was awarded the Best Storyteller Award.
