Fighter aircraft Tejas & Dhruv helicopters will show
to showcase its sky power in the air show to be held in Dubai from 13-17 November. The Indian teams will first perform at the opening ceremony on November 13 and will then share the airspace with other leading aerial display teams from around the world. Indigenous Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas and Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv are ready to showcase their magic in this air show.
Wing Commander Ashish Moghe said that the Indian Air Force contingent has landed at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai to participate in the biennial Dubai Air Show to be held from 13 to 17 November. The Air Force contingent includes two indigenous platform combat aircraft LCA Tejas and ALH Dhruv helicopter. Tejas will be part of both ground and aerial displays during the air show. Sarang helicopter display team will showcase its aerobatics skills. This is the second consecutive opportunity for the Tejas and Sarang demonstration teams to enthrall the crowd at the Dubai Air Show after also participating in the 2021 edition of the Dubai Air Show.
He said that the air warriors and Sarang helicopter display team had reached Dubai in the transport aircraft C-17 Globemaster. India’s teams will first perform at the opening ceremony on November 13 and will then share the airspace with other leading air display teams from the world. This international air show is also a golden opportunity to showcase the rapid progress of the Indian aviation industry through the participation of indigenous platforms like Tejas and Dhruv. Tejas will showcase its performance during the air show. Sarang Helicopter will present information about itself so that more and more people can know about it.
India’s light combat aircraft are the choice of many countries of the world. Due to its qualities, many African and Asian countries have shown interest in it. That is why in this air show, the countries of the world will have a special focus on India’s fighter aircraft ‘Tejas’ and the dangerous ‘Dhruv’ which is especially useful in war. Tejas aircraft is an important milestone in the aviation history of India. The biggest feature is that this aircraft can attack 10 targets simultaneously while tracking them. It does not require a very large runway for takeoff. It is ideal for operations ranging from sea level to the high altitudes of the Himalayas.
