Foreign Secretary Seva Lamsal has confirmed the receipt of the diplomatic note from China. In the note, China has refused to reduce the interest on the loan, despite a request by the Nepal Government. Lamsal stated that the Nepal Government has officially declined to consider Pokhara Airport as a part of the BRI.
