Who’s land was it?
While the families are mourning and the system is act trying to get clean chit for themselves. The Mumbai BMC has denied that the land on which the hoarding was constructed does’nt belong to them. Even the Central Railway has tweeted that the land belongs to the GRP. Central Railway CPRO DR Swapnil Nila says, “The land on which the hoarding was erected belongs to the GRP. It doesn’t belong to the central railway”. As per media reports, he asserted that the land belonged to GRP. So we will have to wait to see who is the actual owner of this land on which this 120 feet by 120 feet was constructed.
