Amethi, 11 Dec (HS): According to police, a 55-year-old man was hacked to death by unidentified persons in the Munshiganj district of here on Monday.
On Sunday night, the tragedy occurred in Ramdepur village. Ram Sajivan (55) and his sister-in-law Dhanraji (58) were attacked while sleeping outside Sajivan’s house, according to Superintendent of Police Ilamaran.
He claimed the duo was transported to the hospital, where Sajivan died and Dhanraji was transferred to Lucknow for further treatment. UP Police are investigating and attempting to determine the motivation for the death.
