In 2016, Abhimanyu ventured into the F&B space with Interurban Hospitality, a 4-star property in Rohtak, his hometown. The hotel has made a name for itself in the market, boasting luxurious amenities and connectivity to the city and industrial areas. Additionally, Abhimanyu entered the shipbuilding industry with Santosh Offshore Consultants in 2018. SOC aimed to optimize the shipbuilding process in the country, addressing challenges faced by the industry. Their innovative approach has redefined ship construction, garnering attention from notable clients and industry giants.
Despite his success in various industries, hospitality remains close to Jakhar’s heart. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, he launched Diablo, a venture born out of his enduring passion for the hospitality industry. Despite facing challenges such as two major lockdowns and operational difficulties, Diablo was recognized as the Times Best Mediterranean Restobar in 2021. Abhimanyu’s passion for hospitality continues to drive growth, with plans to expand and launch six new brands under Jakhar Hospitality Private Limited, the parent company overseeing Interurban Hotel and Diablo. Shipping provides Abhimanyu with an adrenaline rush, and hospitality remains his true passion. He aims to build an experiential company that goes beyond traditional hotels and restaurants, focusing on creating memorable experiences for customers.
