Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana): Lie on your back with a bolster or pillow under your upper back. Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall open to the sides. This pose helps to release tension in the hips and lower back, while also opening the sacral chakra.

Child’s Pose (Balasana): Kneel down with your toes together and your knees apart. Lower your hips back onto your heels, reaching your arms forward and resting your forehead on the mat. This pose helps to release tension in the hips and lower back, which can help to activate the sacral chakra.

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): Stand with your feet wide apart and turn your right foot out to the side. Bend your right knee, keeping it directly over your ankle. Extend your arms out to the sides, reaching through your fingertips. This pose helps to cultivate strength and confidence, which are associated with the sacral chakra.

Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana): From Warrior II, reach your right hand forward and down towards the floor, lifting your left leg up and back behind you. Keep your gaze up towards your left hand. This pose helps to cultivate balance and stability, while also activating the sacral chakra.
