Delhi, March 18 (HS): In a significant move on Monday, the Election Commission has issued instructions for the removal of the Home Secretaries of six states – Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
