From March 4 to 6, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undertake a comprehensive three-day journey, traversing through five states – Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar. This tour is aimed at initiating and recognizing the commencement of various development projects, collectively valued at over Rs 56,000 crore. The spotlight of this ambitious venture is on the energy sector, with a pivotal focus on adopting ultra-supercritical technology to enhance power generation efficiency.
In a significant boost to the nation’s energy infrastructure, PM Modi is scheduled to inaugurate new power generation facilities in Telangana and Jharkhand, alongside pioneering green hydrogen and ethanol production units in Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, he will commence the groundwork for an array of projects spanning power generation and infrastructural advancement. This visit underscores the government’s dedication to fostering sustainable and renewable energy solutions as a cornerstone for India’s developmental agenda.
