President Murmu’s Ambitious Four-Day Tour to Jharkhand and Odisha: A Leap Towards Development and Progress

On the upcoming Wednesday, President Droupadi Murmu is slated to commence a significant four-day tour to the states of Jharkhand and Odisha, as per the announcement from the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The tour will kick off with her presence at the third convocation of the Central University of Jharkhand in Ranchi, followed by the groundbreaking ceremony for a Central Government Holiday Home in Rairangpur, Odisha, marking a day of notable beginnings.

The subsequent day will see President Murmu digitally inaugurating road initiatives and a sports complex, in addition to unveiling the Eklavya Model Residential School and engaging with the students of Dharanidhar University. On February 29, she is scheduled to meet with members of the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups in Gonasika, Keonjhar and open a national seminar themed ‘Tribes of Keonjhar: People, Culture, and Heritage’, showcasing her dedication to enhancing education and infrastructure in these regions.

Parallelly, Prime Minister Modi is poised to launch several key infrastructure ventures totaling over Rs. 17,300 crores in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, further underscoring the government’s commitment to nationwide growth and development initiatives.
