3 killed and a dozen injured in a reactor blast in Palghar

Three died on the spot and a dozen were reportedly injured after a reactor blast in Palghar Bhageria Industries in Tarapur Boisar MIDC, Maharashtra. The explosion occurred around 4:30 pm on Wednesday and could be heard for kilometers. The injured have been rushed to a nearby private hospital and a few are said to be seriously injured. Sources had confirmed that Gamma Acid production was in process in the D-17 plot of Bhageria Industries when this blast occurred. The dead have been identified as Gopal Sisodiya (35), Pankaj Yadav (32), and Sikander (27).
